Structure Your Weight Loss Efforts

One of the best ways to structure your weight loss efforts is to set a realistic goal per week.

Discipline and determination are two crucial elements to make a weight-loss program successful. Even when you’re taking popular diet pills such as Phentermine, Adipex and Phentramin-d, you need to define goals to reduce weight and keep yourself motivated.  One of the best ways to structure your weight loss efforts is to set a realistic goal per week. Most weight loss experts agree that a weight loss of 1-2lbs per week is not only a realistic goal, but a safe one.

How to set Weekly goals?

As we know, losing weight is a bit challenging and demands high motivation and dedication. You can set a target of losing 5 pounds in the first week and then, schedule your activities to achieve it. The delicately you work on your target, the better chance you lose a good amount of weight. If you don’t achieve the goal of the first week, simply extend it, but don’t set any new goal unless you meet the target of the first week.

This way is absolutely perfect to structure your weight loss efforts. You will not think about skipping your exercise or try to eat high-calorie snacks as you have your goals in front of you.

Count calories for a fast weight loss

Once you start achieving your weekly weight loss target and taking Phentermine or adipex diet pills as per the instructions, you will see that you are burning much more calories each day that you consume.  When you continue with your weight loss efforts over the long term, you will easily meet your total calorie quota and get a fit healthy body as your reward.

I lost 18lbs taking Adipex & doing WeightWatchers, last year I needed to travel for work and gained back 10lbs. In February I went back on Adipex & always on WW, I exercise a minimum of 3 days a week for 3 min and have only been able to loose 3 of the 10lbs. I am very frustrated & at a loss of what to do next. I still have 20lbs to go to reach my recommended weight. I don’t want to continue taking the pills for the rest of my life and don’t want to gain back what I did loose.

Can I take a metaboism booster with the Adipex or is there anything else I can do?

It is great that you are participating with WeightWatchers. As for boosting metabolism, one of the best non-pill ways to do that is by exercising more. You should try to exercise a minimum of 5 days a week, for at least 30 minutes each workout. Make sure to mix up your activities and work to increase your heart rate, at least for 15 minutes each session. Incorporating interval training into your routines will really help you body start to burn away stubborn fat.
